One of the most exciting additions to Harmony of the Seas after its 2026 makeover is Samba Grill, a Brazilian-style specialty steakhouse. The restaurant first debuted on Allure of the Seas and was later added to Radiance of the Seas, giving Royal Caribbean cruisers another place to enjoy Brazilian-style dining.
Samba Grill is already my favorite specialty restaurant on Allure of the Seas, so I was excited to try it on Harmony. The experience turned out to be a lovely surprise and gave me another reason to recommend it to steak lovers.
