Here are some of the Carnival Breeze rooms to avoid with obstructed views:  

Interior Cabins with Obstructed Views 

Deck 1 Cabins 1210, 1211, 1212, and 1215 and Deck 2 cabins 2211, 2212, 2216, 2217, 2220, and 2221 are obstructed because there are only two portholes instead of window view. 

Deck 6 Cabins 6201 to 6206, Deck 7 Cabins 7201 to 7208, Deck 9 cabins 9201 to 9203 and Deck 10 cabins 10201 to 10206 have obstructed views because outside the cabins is a small observation deck that all guests have access to. 

Oceanview Cabins with Obstructed Views 

Deck 1 6L Category Deluxe Ocean View Cabins 1440 and 1459 and Deck 2 6M category Deluxe Ocean View Cabins 2448 and 2473 these staterooms have obstructed views due to a cleaning machinery located outside the window.

Cabins near the elevators on Deck 1, such as cabins 1337,1343,1414 and 1429, and Deck 2 cabin 2367 and Deck 3 cabins 6389, 6436, and 6467 should be avoided due to the constant foot traffic and noise from people congregating around the elevators. 

Rooms Near Stairwells 

Deck 1 cabins 1343, 1347, 1400 and 1417. Deck 2 cabin 2410, Deck 6 Cabins 6370, 6374, 6397 and 6401. Deck 7 Cabins 7454 and 7455 are located near stairwells, causing noise disturbances. 

Rooms Near the Casino 

Deck 6 Cabins that are directly above the Casino Bar, Blackjack and Poker Room on Deck 5 can hear noise from gaming activities and crowds from these areas. 

Rooms Near Theaters and Lounges 

Deck 2 cabins situated directly below the Ovation Theater on Deck 3 may hear noise from shows, music, and crowds entering and exiting the venue.
