How Much is Ocean Terrace Sushi on Princess Cruises?

Ocean Terrace charges $14.99 per adult that includes a starter, appetizer, main course, and sides. À la carte options are also available that include vegetarian appetizers like edamame and seaweed salad for $3 each. Specialty starters such as Ceviche cost $14, and Hamachi tacos cost $12. Nigiri or sashimi is $5 for two pieces, with combination of Nigiri & Sashimi plates available in 4 pieces for $7 or 8 pieces for $13. Maki rolls are also available for $5 each. 

Ocean Terrace beverages such as chilled sake, beer, wine, cocktails and champagne are not included and come at an additional cost. An 18% service charge is automatically added to your bill.

Ocean Terrace Princess Reviews

When I tried Ocean Terrace on Discovery Princess, the sushi felt fresh and nicely presented with the Hamachi tacos standing out as my favourite bite. I paired my meal with a Sapporo beer that went really well with the flavors and made the experience more enjoyable. At the same time, I did feel the menu was a bit limited, and not every dish impressed me in taste. 

Other cruisers have shared mixed feedback too. Many highlight the freshness and quality of the sushi with favourites like spicy tuna rolls, Hamachi tacos, and assorted nigiri often getting the most praise.  

Some also mention that the pricing is reasonable, and I agree with that since it makes it easy to sample different items without overspending.   

The venue also offers drinks that pair nicely with the food, with cruisers enjoying choices such as Mermaid Mimosa and chilled sake. 

On the other hand, some guests mentioned inconsistencies in flavour with a few feeling the sushi lacked taste. Service is generally described as attentive though there are occasional mentions of slower service during busy times.
