Total Icon of the Seas Rooms Onboard

Icon of the Seas has total 2,805 staterooms and cabins that includes; 

The Icon of the Seas cruise ship offers a wide variety of accommodation options with 28 different room types to choose from. These staterooms are designed to cater to families and groups with over 82% of rooms able to host three or more guests.  

The ship introduces 8 new suite categories for larger groups. More than 70% of the rooms come with balconies for those who enjoy ocean views.  

Star Class Suites 

Star Suites are the most luxurious and expensive options on Icon of the Seas. These suites offer the best amenities and services. Guests in Star Class suites get access to all the special areas and dining options on the ship. Star Class includes the following suites: 

Ultimate Family Townhouse Suite(UL) 

The Ultimate Family Townhouse is a new suite on Icon of the Seas. It spans three decks at the back-right of the ship.  

Icon of the Seas Ultimate Family Townhouse suite has fun features like an indoor slide and a movie room with karaoke. Outside, there’s a patio with a ping pong table. Guests can easily access the Surfside area from here. Here you can check the Icon of the Seas deck plans.

People staying in this suite get the best perks of the Royal Suite program and have a personal helper called a Royal Genie. It’s designed to give families a special and luxurious cruise experience. 

Royal Loft Suite (RL) 

The Royal Loft Suite is a luxurious two-story accommodation located mid-ship on decks 17 and 18. It features two bedrooms, a living room with a baby grand piano, and a dining area with a wet bar. This Icon of the Seas suite rooms private terrace includes a whirlpool, dining area, and bar, offering stunning ocean views. The layout is: 

Icon Loft Suite (IL)  

The Icon Loft Suite is a new suite on Icon of the Seas. This suite is a two-story accommodation located at the front-left side (forward-portside) of the ship on decks 17 and 18.  

Sky Class Suites 

Sky Class suites are the middle level of luxury suites. They offer many special perks and access to exclusive areas, but not quite as many as the Star Tier. Sky Class includes the following suites: 

Owner’s Suite (OS) 

The Owner’s Suite on Icon of the Seas is on decks 16 and 17. It features a separate bedroom, a luxurious stone bathroom with a tub, shower, and double sinks, and a living room with a convertible sofa bed. This Icon of the Seas rooms also includes a private balcony furnished with table and chairs for outdoor relaxation. The layout is: 

Sunset Corner Suite (SN) 

The Sunset Corner Suite is a new addition to Icon of the Seas, located at the rear of decks 8 to 12. Its main feature is a wraparound balcony offering aft views including the ship’s wake.

Grand Suite (GS) 

Grand Suite (GS) is located on front of decks 16 and 17. This accommodation features floor-to-ceiling views, offering breathtaking views. The living room includes a sofa that is converted into a double bed providing additional sleeping space for guests. 

Infinite Grand Suite (IG) 

The Infinite Grand Suite is a new addition to Icon of the Seas. These Icon of the Seas rooms are on deck 9, features a unique infinite balcony that extends into the interior living space.

Sky Junior Suite (JY) 

Sky Junior Suite (JY) is a new offering on Icon of the Seas and is on decks 16 and 17 within the Suite Neighborhood. This Icon of the Seas rooms suite features floor-to-ceiling views, a full bathroom with a tub, and a dressing area in the bedroom. 

As part of the Sky Class, guests enjoy exclusive benefits such as all-day access to The Grove and Coastal Kitchen, Concierge service, and priority reservations for dining and departure. 

Panoramic Suite (VP) 

Panoramic ocean view suites are luxurious rooms on decks 16 and 17 in the AquaDome. They feature beautiful views, a full bathroom with a tub, and a cozy seating area. Situated at the front of the ship, these suites offer a private escape with wide views of the ocean. 

Surfside Family Suite (SF) 

The Surfside Family Suite (SF) is new quad-occupancy accommodation on decks 9, 10, and 11, designed for families with two adults and two children.

Sea Class Suites 

Sea suites are the entry-level suites. They include Sunset Junior Suites and standard Junior Suites. While still nice, these suites don’t come with access to some of the exclusive areas like The Grove Sun Deck or Coastal Kitchen for breakfast and lunch. 

Sunset Junior Suite (JT) 

The Sunset Junior Suite is a new offering on the Icon of the Seas, located on deck 10 at the aft of the ship. It features a spacious corner balcony with panoramic views and boasts the tallest ceiling height (over 7 feet) among all Junior Suites.  

This Icon of the Seas rooms has a much larger balcony and provides an enhanced outdoor experience compared to standard Junior Suites, making it ideal for guests who want to maximize their enjoyment of the Caribbean atmosphere. 

Junior Suite (JS) 

Junior Suites with floor-to-ceiling ocean views are at the ship’s forward section on Decks 9, 10, and 11.

Surfside Family View Interior (T5) 

Surfside Family View Interior (T5) is a new cabin on the Icon of the Seas. This Icon of the Seas interior rooms are on Deck 8 at the back of the ship. 

Central Park View Interior (U5) 

Central Park View Interior (U5) staterooms are situated mid-ship on Deck 9. These Icon of the Seas interior cabins offer a unique interior view overlooking the ship’s Central Park neighborhood through a window. 

Interior Plus (Q2) 

Interior Plus is a new cabin on the Icon of the Seas and Located on deck 8 to 11. Icon of the Seas interior plus cabin is designed for travelers who prefers an interior room but desire additional storage space. 

Spacious Interior (R3, R4) 

The Spacious Interior (R3, R4) cabins on the Icon of the Seas give guests privacy and comfort of an interior room while providing extra space for a more comfortable stay.  

These Icon of the Seas interior staterooms are distributed across multiple decks, spanning from the lower to upper levels of the ship. You can find them on decks 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14, providing various options for location preferences. 

Panoramic Ocean View Cabins (L5) 

Panoramic Ocean View cabins are in AquaDome Neighborhood. These Icon of the Seas Ocean view rooms offer stunning views through large windows that stretch from floor to ceiling and span entire walls.  

Family Infinite Ocean View Balcony Cabins (IB) 

The Family Infinite Ocean View Balcony cabins are new accommodation options on Icon of the Seas and offer extra space for families. These cabins are Located on Deck 9 to 11. The cabin also includes the innovative infinite balcony design for enhanced ocean views. 

Icon of the Seas family infinite ocean view balcony feature a wall-mounted Scrabble game, split bathroom, and a kids’ alcove with bunk beds. Each bunk has its own TV.  

Spacious Infinite Ocean View Balcony Cabins (I1, I3) 

The Spacious Infinite Ocean View Balcony is a new cabin type Introduce on Icon of the Seas and is located on Decks 9, 10, and 11. These Icon of the Seas rooms feature a unique balcony design that extends the indoor living space at the push of a button, offering ocean views and fresh air.  

Connecting Ocean View Balcony (CB) 

Connecting Ocean View Balcony rooms are available on Decks 7, 8, and 12. Icon of the Seas connecting ocean view balcony cabins are designed for groups or families, featuring a private foyer that links two separate rooms. 

This setup provides both shared space and individual privacy, allowing guests to easily move between connected cabins while maintaining separate living areas. 

Ocean View Large Balcony (C3, C5) 

Icon of the Seas Ocean View Large Balcony rooms offer extra outdoor space, with balconies up to 20 sq ft larger than standard. These cabins are available on Decks 7 to 12 of the ship. Guests can enjoy more room for relaxation and taking in ocean views from their private balcony. 

Infinite Central Park View Balcony (IF) 

The Infinite Central Park View Balcony cabins are a new type of cabin on Icon of the Seas and offer button-controlled balcony that expands your living space. Icon of the Seas spacious Infinite Central Park View Balcony are located on Decks 10 to 12. 

Surfside Family View Balcony (H3, H5) 

The Surfside Family View Balcony (H3, H5) is a new cabin type on Icon of the Seas. It’s available on Decks 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14.  

Icon of the Seas surfside family view balcony cabin offers families a comfortable space with a balcony, providing ocean views and fresh air during their cruise vacation. 

Central Park View Balcony (F1, F5) 

The Central Park View Balcony (F1, F5) cabins are on Deck 14 of Icon of the Seas. These Icon of the Seas rooms offer a balcony overlooking the ship’s Central Park neighborhood, providing guests with a unique view of the lush gardens and activities below. 

Crew Cabins 

Icon of the Seas crew cabins are located on decks 1 to 4 that can hold up to 2,350 crew members. It features new crew cabins with L-shaped beds. Each Icon of the Seas rooms for crew are designed for two people and includes a TV, a writing table, electric sockets with USB ports, storage space, privacy curtains, and fixed upper and lower beds (the upper bed is accessed by stairs). The floors are made of laminate.
