For room service orders placed via the stateroom phone, there is a $5 delivery fee per order, in addition to the cost of the selected items.

This service requires a one-time access fee of $14.99 per person per voyage, giving guests access to both complimentary and paid options listed in the mobile app. There is no additional service fee for follow-up orders. 

The cost of food and drinks in OceanNow varies with most food items included in the cruise fare. All drinks including alcoholic and non-alcoholic have an additional charge. However, with a Princess Plus or Princess Premier package, the beverage fee is either waived or adjusted.

For breakfast, fill out the provided order card from your cabin the night before and hang it on your door before going to bed. Your breakfast will arrive at your chosen time the next morning.  

You can order food and drinks throughout the day using either you’re in-cabin TV system or the MedallionClass app on your phone. The OceanNow app allows you to order items to be delivered anywhere on the ship, from your cabin to the pool deck, making dining convenient and flexible during your cruise. 

When is Room Service Available on Princess Cruises?

Room service on Princess Cruises operates 24 hours a day, offering guests access to food and drinks at any time, although specific menu items are available only during designated serving hours. 

Early risers can enjoy breakfast service between 6:00 AM and 10:30 AM. Pizza lovers can order from 11:00 AM until 11:00 PM. 

General food items, snacks, and beverages can be ordered at any time throughout the day, but some items cost extra. On your final morning aboard the ship, room service runs until 2:00 AM before disembarkation, ensuring you can still get food and drinks right up until your last hours on board. 

Where can Princess Room Service be Delivered?

Princess Cruises room service delivery extends far beyond just cabin service, thanks to their Medallion app technology.

The app allows delivery to numerous locations, including lounges, bars, pools, the casino, theaters, and outdoor venues such as Movies Under the Stars and The Sanctuary.

Food can also be delivered to various dining venues, shopping areas, and activity spaces, such as the Fine Arts Gallery and Shore Excursions Desk, making it convenient to enjoy refreshments anywhere onboard.

However, following recent OceanNow updates and menu changes, the app may still display various onboard locations as delivery options, but orders are currently being delivered only to staterooms.
